Uplock Is App of the Day

This week, Uplock was featured as App of the Day on the App Store.

It appeared in Canada on July 20, in 18 countries across Latin America on July 21, and in Brazil on July 23.

Uplock is built in Montreal by our two-person team, so we were particularly happy to see it featured in Canada. We’re also glad the story reached readers across Latin America, including Brazil.

What Apple Loved About Uplock

In its App of the Day story, Apple highlights how Uplock makes it easy to securely store sensitive documents and find them whenever they’re needed.

The App Store editors describe one of the experiences they enjoy:

“Simply scanning a card or document with our camera to automatically upload all the relevant information.”

They also highlight Shared Groups, which make it easy to give family members access to important documents when they need them. From health cards and insurance documents to passports, memberships, and gift cards, Uplock keeps essential information organized and close at hand.

The story also mentions reminders for expiring documents, such as a driver’s licence or passport that needs to be renewed.
